Genesys Development Engineer II

Overview

Genesys Development Engineer II responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Genesys cloud infrastructure and contact center applications across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Design and support Genesys cloud infrastructure.
• Lead technical projects for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Engineer, configure, install, maintain, and upgrade the Genesys PureCloud environment.
• Configure and test Genesys cloud software and supporting applications.
• Perform remote monitoring and scripting.
• Integrate Genesys with enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, project management, and deployment support.

What you'll need

• Three years of experience for Grade 10, five years for Grade 11, or seven years for Grade 12.
• Voice infrastructure design and support experience in a Genesys environment.
• Genesys scripting, design, and implementation experience.
• Experience with multi-site configurations in systems engineering or administration.
• Telecom engineering experience including VoIP design and architecture.
• Experience with Genesys PureCloud configurations, connectors, and advanced features.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a mathematics-intensive discipline, or equivalent training/work experience.

Nice to have

• Genesys certifications.
