Global Consultant, Lifesciences

Overview

Global Consultant role in Inizio Ignite's Putnam practice, supporting life sciences strategy engagements end to end and providing deep domain expertise within the practice.

What you'll do

• Work in teams to solve complex business problems for clients.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams and senior stakeholders.
• Support implementation of recommendations and work with client teams to achieve impact.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and geographies.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant life science consulting or strategy experience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think creatively.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven leadership skills and a strong sense of initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
• Outstanding record of academic achievement.

• Strong interest in, or experience with, life sciences and healthcare markets (biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, or health services).
• Ability to rapidly build domain knowledge and apply strategy frameworks to highly technical client contexts.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with comfort working directly in data, analyses, and models.
• Ability to commit to and support defined projects or practice portfolios over time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with topics such as product strategy, portfolio prioritisation, market access, commercial excellence, or growth strategy.
