Global Mobility Associate, CSS HR

Overview

Global Mobility Associate role within CSS HR, responsible for end-to-end support and administration of employees’ international assignments and related mobility, immigration, payroll, and tax activities.

What you'll do

• Provide international mobility services to Hitachi employees.
• Manage end-to-end International Assignment activities across the assignment life cycle.
• Support assignees and relevant stakeholders during assignments.
• Facilitate administration of mobility-related benefits and compensation packages.
• Coordinate with vendors (immigration, relocation, DSPs, tax) to implement assignments.
• Research, model, and evaluate mobility programs for the Total Rewards strategy.
• Translate documents/emails from Japanese to English when needed.

What you'll need

• At least 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Total Rewards (mobility) strategy, programs, and policies.
• Experience in mobility support throughout international assignments.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience in writing SOPs and creating process maps.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Manage immigration in consultation with vendors; good knowledge of US visas (L1, H1s) mentioned.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AssignmentPro.
• Experience in expatriate payroll management.
