Overview

Lead the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), owning its full lifecycle and cross-functional alignment across Rubrik's partner ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), establishing it as a world-class standard for partner excellence.
• Drive and enforce program participation requirements to ensure all partners meet Rubrik's high standards for service delivery and technical proficiency.
• Partner closely with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager to align enablement goals with business objectives.
• Collaborate with various enablement teams, including GSI, MSP, and SI partners, to develop and scale specialized partner tracks.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the RPSP, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and strategic program evolution.

What you'll need

• 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Significant experience with executive-level interaction, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing partner enablement systems specifically for a Global Professional Services business.
• Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global services context.

• Reports to the Vice President, Global Professional Services.
• Remote, US.
• Eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.
• Base salary range: $155,500 - $217,800 USD for US locations outside the SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC and Seattle; $172,800 - $259,200 USD in those metro areas.
