Overview

Global Technical Manager for Business Assurance Certification, providing senior technical and accreditation leadership across the affiliate network.

What you'll do

• Set global technical and accreditation strategy for Business Assurance Certification.
• Lead and manage global technical and accreditation functions across multiple countries and regions.
• Define, approve, and enforce global certification policies, technical requirements, and accreditation controls.
• Make final technical decisions on certification, accreditation, impartiality, integrity, or business risk issues.
• Manage relationships with global and local Accreditation Bodies.
• Govern investigations and corrective actions for material technical, accreditation, or integrity failures within affiliates.
• Drive simplification, digitalisation, and continuous improvement of technical processes and delivery models.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant certification and/or accreditation experience in an accredited third-party certification environment.
• Substantial global or multi-region certification leadership experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed and culturally diverse technical teams.
• Track record of setting or enforcing technical policy and accreditation strategy at regional or global level.
• Strong command of management system certification and accreditation requirements (including ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 17065 where applicable, plus IAF/EA or relevant requirements).
• Fluent written and spoken English to communicate complex technical requirements to senior leaders and operational teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
