We’re hiring a Google Ads Expert to lead performance advertising campaigns and drive measurable growth through smart PPC strategy. This Full-time role is OnSite, where you’ll manage and optimize Google Ads and cross-channel campaigns to increase qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and support lead generation goals. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to translate data into action—building, testing, and refining campaigns for sustainable results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Google Ads Management, including campaign setup, bid strategy, budgeting, and ongoing optimization.
• Develop and execute PPC strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads to support acquisition and lead goals.
• Manage Facebook ads & Google ads performance, ensuring proper audience targeting, creative direction, and landing page alignment.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics & Google Ads reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Create A/B tests for ad copy, keywords, audiences, and landing page performance; scale what works and refine what doesn’t.
• Ensure accurate tracking and conversion measurement to improve attribution, ROI, and campaign efficiency.
• Maintain campaign health through ongoing keyword research, negative keyword management, and quality score improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights that improve funnel performance and reduce cost per lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with strong performance optimization skills.
• Hands-on ability with Google Ads Management including Search, Display, and/or Shopping campaign fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of Lead Generation principles, conversion-focused campaign strategies, and funnel optimization.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Ads for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Valid Google Ads Certification (or demonstrable experience equivalent to certification standards).
• Ability to build and execute cross-channel campaigns across Facebook ads & Google ads with consistent measurement.
• Experience creating structured PPC plans, testing roadmaps, and performance reporting for stakeholders.
