Overview

Graduate Trainee/Apprentice in Global Legal to support company secretarial and corporate governance activities for RIIV India.

What you'll do

• Support statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records.
• Prepare documents for board, committee, and shareholder meetings (notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, extracts).
• Assist with e-filings and statutory submissions with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other regulators under supervision.
• Maintain regulatory calendars, track statutory deadlines, and support routine compliance activities.
• Support entity management by maintaining director/shareholder/authorised signatory and corporate information.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers for compliance and governance requests.
• Assist with KYC, due diligence, regulatory, audit, and governance documentation requests.

What you'll need

• Apprenticeship is a 12-month program.
• Should have completed or be appearing for the ICSI Professional Programme.
• Must be seeking to complete the mandatory 12-month practical training requirement under ICSI.
• Strong drafting skills for clear, accurate, well-organised documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with process- and deadline-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic document management tools.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and handle confidential information.
