Graphic Designer

About the Job

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer for a Full-time role with OnSite working flexibility. In this position, you’ll create high-impact visual assets that support performance marketing, social media campaigns, and brand growth initiatives. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling designs—ranging from logos and graphics for ads to motion visuals—while keeping outputs consistent, on-brand, and optimized for digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design logo design, brand creatives, and marketing collaterals for digital campaigns.
• Create social media creatives, ad creatives, and visual assets in coordination with campaign goals.
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce polished, high-quality designs.
• Develop engaging layouts and illustrations using illustration & graphic design best practices.
• Prepare creative files and exports as per platform requirements (size, resolution, format).
• Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on concepts, ensuring strong brand consistency.
• Create motion graphics and simple animated outputs when required to enhance engagement.
• Maintain organized design workflows and meet timelines for campaign deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector-based design and production.
• Strong working knowledge of Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and image editing.
• Experience with Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and UI-ready assets.
• Working knowledge of Canva (Software) for quick turnarounds and campaign variations.
• Expertise in Graphics Designing, Illustrations, and Design principles.
• Ability to deliver Logo Design concepts and refined brand visuals.
• Fundamentals of Motion Graphics to support animated creative requirements.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to iterate based on feedback.
