Hardware Technician

About the Job

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Technician to join our team on a Full-time basis with an OnSite work arrangement. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day computing needs by diagnosing hardware issues, performing timely repairs, and ensuring systems are properly assembled, configured, and maintained. If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, clear communication, and delivering reliable technical support, this position is designed for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and hardware-related issues, including diagnose/repair/replacement.
• Inspect, install, and maintain computer hardware components (e.g., RAM, storage devices, peripherals, and related parts).
• Support basic configuration tasks to ensure systems operate correctly and meet user requirements.
• Assist with computer networking troubleshooting tasks such as connectivity verification and basic network checks.
• Document problem findings, repair actions, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate work priorities and manage time effectively to meet service and turnaround expectations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized hardware work habits while following standard procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong computer hardware knowledge and comfort working with system components.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify root causes efficiently.
• Solid technical skills with basic computer proficiency, including file/system settings and hardware routines.
• Understanding of computer networking concepts to support connectivity checks and basic diagnostics.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate time management in an on-site environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a practical, solution-focused approach to technical support.
