Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Devise and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
• Optimize and scale customer acquisition channels to drive sustainable growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives
• Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 14-18 years of experience in a growth marketing or similar leadership role
• Proven track record of driving significant growth for B2B or B2C companies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present growth strategies to stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and growth hacking techniques
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
