About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Head of Outreach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's outreach and client acquisition efforts, leveraging your expertise in link building, client management, and lead generation. As an integral part of our growing organization, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring their long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective link building and outreach strategies to attract new clients
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
• Lead the client onboarding process, guiding clients through the setup and launch of their online presence
• Craft compelling sales pitches and proposals to convert leads into clients
• Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in link building and outreach for online businesses
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and close deals
• Proficiency in lead generation and cold calling techniques
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
