Overview

The Procurement Supervisor supervises procurement professionals and ensures effective sourcing and acquisition of goods and services, including managing supplier relationships and compliance with procurement policies.

What you'll do

• Supervise the procurement team and daily operations.
• Manage sourcing, supplier selection, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Support cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives.

What you'll need

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience).
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and tools.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Effective communication and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems.
