In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Hindi-speaking clients. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring seamless interactions and delivering solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.

Freshers - 2.7LPA and Takehome is 16300

3500 cab allowance

Experience - 3LPA and Takehome is 18000

3500 cab allowance

Rotational shifts including night shifts

WFO only

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from Hindi-speaking customers and provide Hindi language support
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Hindi language with excellent communication skills
• Experience in call handling and customer service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Hindi customer service best practices
