Accounts Executive

About the Job

We are hiring Accounts Executives for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangements. In this position, you will support day-to-day accounting and compliance activities, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting. You’ll help streamline GST-related documentation and maintain reliable financial entries using Tally ERP 9. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with invoices and statutory requirements, and eager to grow their accounting and compliance skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle GST Compliances activities including maintaining records of invoices, purchase/sales register entries, and supporting filing processes.
• Update and manage accounting entries in Tally ERP 9, ensuring accuracy in ledgers, vouchers, and trial balance.
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial documents for correctness, completeness, and compliance alignment.
• Prepare and maintain reports required by internal teams, including summaries of GST and accounting status as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect documentation and resolve discrepancies in billing and accounting records.
• Maintain organized documentation (soft and hard copies) for audits and future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GST Compliances, invoice tracking, and routine compliance documentation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP 9 for voucher entry, ledger maintenance, and basic reporting.
• Good numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in financial documentation, reconciliation concepts, and record-keeping discipline.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and follow process-driven workflows.
• Willingness to work OnSite and support operational needs consistently.
