System Administrator

We are seeking Hiring System Administrators for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangements. In this position, you will help maintain reliable IT and network operations, ensure smooth access to business systems, and respond quickly to incidents. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks, troubleshooting connectivity and server/network issues, and supporting secure, efficient infrastructure performance. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on problem solving, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement of system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and support internal network and system services to ensure availability and performance.
• Perform troubleshooting and networking tasks for LAN/WAN connectivity, routing issues, and service disruptions.
• Monitor network health and resolve incidents using established procedures and escalation paths.
• Assist with user access management, permissions, and ensuring secure authentication practices.
• Support configuration and maintenance of network devices in alignment with organizational standards.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve response time.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement upgrades, patches, and operational improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CCNA concepts including networking fundamentals, IP addressing, and routing.
• Proven experience in TROUBLESHOOTING AND NETWORKING, including identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
• Hands-on understanding of network connectivity, diagnostics, and common troubleshooting tools.
• Basic familiarity with system administration practices such as user management and service monitoring.
• Ability to work on-site, respond promptly to operational needs, and maintain service continuity.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach to resolving technical issues.
