About the Job

If you love building teams and creating amazing workplaces, we'd love to meet you! As an HR Executive at Antique Network Solution Pvt. Ltd., you will work closely with the leadership team to manage end-to-end HR recruitment and operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru (JP Nagar Phase 1).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical/managerial rounds
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems
• Support in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Organize team activities, engagement initiatives, and employee feedback sessions
• Support in driving performance management and appraisal cycles
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements
• Support in drafting and updating HR policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualifications: BA, BBA, MBA-HR, MSW-HR or related fields with 6 months to 1.6 years of experience in the HR field
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS tools, Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, High level of confidentiality and integrity, Tech-friendly, good with Excel, HRMS tools, and quick to learn new systems
