HR Intern

Overview

HR Intern role with the People team, supporting employee onboarding, HR operations, and day-to-day office administration in a fast-paced startup.

What you'll do

• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
• Maintain employee records and keep HR data accurate and organized.
• Support employee queries and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Facilitate office operations, events, employee engagement activities, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with employees and external vendors for HR and office requirements.
• Support the People team with day-to-day operational requirements as the organization scales.

What you'll need

• 0–1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related internship.
• Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Comfort handling multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Location: Udyog Vihar 3, Gurugram.
• Working days: Monday–Friday.
