HR Service Delivery Analyst

Overview

HR Service Delivery Analyst role focused on payroll planning and distribution, handling lower-complexity problems within a team as an individual contributor.

What you'll do

• Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue and reducing costs.
• Distribute employees' pay accurately and on time through chosen channels such as banks.
• Execute the distribution of earnings statements either manually through pay slips or electronically through company portals.
• Analyse and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Payroll Planning and Distribution (P3).
• Payroll experience in US, UK or International payroll.

Details

• Location: Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management.
• Receives moderate level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Contract conversion to FTE roles.
