About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive (HR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective talent management, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to offboarding departing employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • HR Operations - Oversee and streamline HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Payroll - Manage the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and deductions.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent to meet the organization's needs.
  • Human Resource Management - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Attendance and Leave Management - Administer and monitor employee attendance, leave, and time-off policies, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - Spearhead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and data management tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret HR-related data.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving business landscape.
