Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist (Junior) to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone with 2–3 years of experience who can handle core HR processes with accuracy and professionalism.

What you'll do

• Support HR operations and compliance activities.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling.
• Handle employee documentation and verification.
• Support attendance, leave, and time management processes.
• Assist with vendor and contract management.
• Help drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update HRMS/HRIS records, including KekaHR.

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related HR operations role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations & compliance.
• Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Familiarity with attendance and leave management and time management processes.
• Ability to coordinate recruitment and manage interview schedules effectively.
• Good attention to detail for employee documentation and verification.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS & HRIS, preferably KekaHR.
• Experience supporting employee engagement activities.
• Exposure to vendor and contract management in an HR setting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment with multiple priorities.
