Human Resources Intern

About the role

We're looking for motivated HR Interns to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. You'll work 4 hours per day on a fully remote basis, helping us identify and shortlist top talent by reviewing resumes and candidate profiles. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Screen and shortlist resumes against job descriptions and candidate criteria
• Review candidate applications and maintain organized records in our tracking systems
• Prepare shortlist summaries and candidate comparison notes for hiring managers
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and data entry
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot key qualifications in resumes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 4 hours per day on a flexible remote schedule
• Willingness to learn HR and recruitment best practices
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and document management tools

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Interest in pursuing a career in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other talent sourcing platforms
