Human Resources Intern

About the role

We're looking for an HR Intern to support our recruitment efforts on a fully remote basis. You'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition by screening candidates and building relationships with educational institutions for our campus placement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and resume quality
• Conduct initial phone/email outreach to prospective candidates
• Identify and contact colleges to establish campus recruitment partnerships
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking documents
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and hiring managers

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and institutions
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple candidate profiles and outreach lists
• Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes

Nice to have

• Previous experience with campus placements or college recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software
• Experience in cold outreach or relationship-building activities
