Human Resources Intern

About the role

Join our HR team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in core human resources functions. Over three months, you'll support recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR processes while working fully remotely alongside experienced HR professionals.

What you'll do

• Assist with recruitment activities including job posting distribution, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation materials, and maintaining personnel records
• Help maintain and update HR information systems and employee databases
• Contribute to HR administrative tasks such as benefits processing, leave management, and compliance documentation
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications projects

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR or business software
• Genuine interest in human resources and organizational development

Nice to have

• Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements
