Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively screen and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to identify and engage with qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from initial screening to final selection and onboarding
- Implement innovative candidate sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy to support the company's growth and business objectives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Proficiency in Screening, Cold Calling, and Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Talent Acquisition & Management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
- Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and HR technology
