About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying top-quality candidates to fill various positions within our organization. Your expertise in talent acquisition and management will be instrumental in building a strong and diverse workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively screen and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to identify and engage with qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from initial screening to final selection and onboarding
  • Implement innovative candidate sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy to support the company's growth and business objectives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Proficiency in Screening, Cold Calling, and Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and HR technology
  • Passion for talent development and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
