About the role

We’re hiring Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding / Payroll Specialists to support remote, full-time operations. In this role, you’ll help manage hiring, onboarding, and payroll coordination for Amazon DSP-related workflows while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.

What you'll do

• Support hiring activities for Amazon DSP-related roles and processes
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience
• Assist with payroll operations and payroll coordination
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant hiring/onboarding data
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep processes on track
• Help resolve basic process-related issues with attention to detail
• Work closely in a remote setup to meet operational requirements

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in or familiarity with Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding, recruitment, or payroll operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, full-time role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow process-driven workflows

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to Amazon DSP hiring, onboarding, or payroll coordination
• Experience in recruitment execution, payroll operations, or onboarding support
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
