Identity Security Engineer

Overview

Support the design, automation and implementation of Identity and Privileged Access Management solutions as an Identity Security SME. Lead new initiatives and workflows within Identity Security while working with global engineering teams and the Identity Security function.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Identity group roadmap.
• Drive initiatives to mature automation, specifically around Entra / AD.
• Support building effective governance and oversight of security controls and services.
• Support delivery of the Information Security strategy.
• Lead the drive to mature cloud identity concepts for Azure, AWS & GCP.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of formal security documentation, including policies and standards.
• Build a solution for controlled monitoring across Privileged Access and Identity Governance functions to manage Build Groups and users within Groups for key platforms and services.
• Support development and delivery of consistent global services that enable delivery of business goals.
• Work across identity solutions as part of the Identity Security team, such as Secrets Management, Saviynt and CyberArk.
• Script automated solutions and engage with business stakeholders to solutionise identity concepts.

What you'll need

• Strong experience of the IAM lifecycle, specifically Entra / AD / Cloud.
• SME-level knowledge.
• Experience in developing and managing formal security documents.
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders through a journey of improving information security maturity.
• Good ability to communicate information security and risk concepts to stakeholders of all levels.
• Strong knowledge of vendor tooling Saviynt and CyberArk.
• Knowledge of identity stores, such as EntraID and Active Directory, and cloud identity concepts.
• Ability to script automated solutions.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders to solutionise identity concepts.
