We are seeking an experienced IELTS Faculty to join our team. As an IELTS Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation courses and ensuring that our students achieve their desired IELTS scores. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, create engaging lesson plans, and provide personalized support to our students.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS preparation classes to students of varying proficiency levels
• Develop and customize lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools to meet the specific needs of each student
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their IELTS skills
• Collaborate with the team to continuously evaluate and improve the IELTS preparation program
• Participate in regular professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS testing format and best teaching practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience as an IELTS teacher or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam structure, scoring system, and test-taking strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive IELTS preparation lessons
• Proficiency in IELTS teaching
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
