Overview

Asst./Dy. Manager for engineering active safety and new braking systems, covering vehicle testing, calibration, and development support for driver assistance-related control algorithms.

What you'll do

• Perform vehicle testing, performance evaluation, and calibration of control algorithms for active safety systems.
• Work across technologies for ICE, HEV, and EV platforms and support development of driver assistance systems.
• Analyze customer performance and controller requirements.
• Conduct vehicle tests in summer and winter sessions and calibrate system performance to Bosch, customer, and legal requirements.
• Troubleshoot vehicle issues across hardware, software, and DAQ during development.
• Interface with customers to provide technical support.
• Follow company development and quality processes and support technical activities for project acquisition.

What you'll need

• 5-9 years of experience in the automotive domain.
• Experience in conducting vehicle tests (e.g., brake tests, lane changes on different test surfaces).
• Understanding of ABS/ESP and homologation testing as per regulations.
• Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning.
• Understanding of programming in C, Matlab, and Simulink.
• Hands-on experience with DAQ tools (e.g., Vbox, Vector tools, data loggers, sensors).
