Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in the Next Generation Customer Operations process, supporting the HR Contact Center team by handling queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints of dissatisfied customers and giving best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations while ensuring seamless, personalized interactions.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

• 1 to 3 years of experience.

Details

• Blended support process with 60-70% of interactions handled via calls, the remaining volume divided between emails and chats.
• Services primarily catering to the US region, requiring night shift availability as per IST.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Works with detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Interactions are within own team and direct supervisor.
