Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate within Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations process, aligned with the Customer Support vertical and the HR Contact Center team, handling queries, escalations and complaints from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers and giving the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations while ensuring seamless, personalized interactions.
• Manage a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remainder via emails and chats.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
