Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, aligned with the Customer Support vertical. The role handles HR contact center queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations, primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and give the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions by call and the remainder across email and chat.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
