Incident & Crisis Management Lead

Overview

Incident & Crisis Management Lead to operationalize a crisis management program for threats spanning physical, supply chain, operational, reputational, and geopolitical disruptions.

What you'll do

• Operationalize the company crisis management program into response plans, playbooks, activation protocols, and governance structures.
• Serve as Incident Commander or directly support the Incident Commander during activations, coordinating response teams in real time.
• Lead and facilitate incident and crisis exercises/tabletop simulations to test plans and surface improvements.
• Conduct after-action reviews and track corrective actions to completion, incorporating lessons into future plans and training.
• Partner with GSOC, Legal, People, Communications, IT Security, and Facilities to build coordinated crisis response capability.
• Maintain and validate Crisis Management Team rosters and activation contacts, and monitor relevant threats.
• Support enterprise resilience initiatives including business continuity and disaster recovery.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional experience in emergency management, incident response, or crisis management.
• Experience leading cross-functional response teams as Incident Commander in high-stress, fast-changing situations.
• A bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience designing and facilitating incident/crisis exercises across multiple levels of complexity.
• Exceptional written and in-person communication, including executive briefings during active incidents.
• Availability for on-call support and flexible hours, including nights and weekends during crisis events.

Details

• Individual contributor role with an on-call requirement and after-hours availability.
• Expected to respond to threats including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional international travel is requested.
• Location-based hybrid policy: at least 25% of time in one of the offices.
