Overview

Join the Employee Benefits IT Team as an Automation Engineer (SDET), building and maintaining automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications within an Agile delivery team.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for backend and frontend applications.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Leverage cloud-based testing solutions and AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Review code for testability and participate in code reviews.
• Monitor test results, identify defects, and work with teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the testing process.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing strategies, tools, and best practices within the team.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in automation testing.
• Experience with cloud environments.
• Experience with modern testing tools, including AI-powered test automation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding/test automation tools.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft technologies and platforms.
