Independence Operations Associate 2

Overview

Support the Office of Risk Management by maintaining independence systems, conducting research, and helping engagement teams navigate independence and conflict-check requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain EMS relationships and data.
• Conduct consultations with client servers.
• Review proposed edits to the EMS.
• Support independence and conflicts-of-interest searches.
• Monitor workloads and ensure assignments are actioned on time.
• Provide procedural guidance and communication to stakeholders and engagement teams.
• Identify and propose process improvements.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a support or customer service role or function.
• Experience working with teams internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to process changes.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1+ year of experience with enterprise workflow or data management systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint as a document repository.
