Operations Associate - Parametric

Overview

Operations Associate supporting Parametric’s Global Operations Team during non-US market hours. The role focuses on accurate account onboarding, daily operations processing, issue resolution, and coordination across internal and external teams.

What you'll do

• Complete daily operations transactions, including new account setup and account activity verification.
• Research and resolve operational issues accurately and urgently.
• Communicate with contacts to resolve issues, confirm information, and provide updates.
• Perform verification checks on work completed by team members.
• Maintain accurate client records, files, metrics, and data.
• Provide local end-of-day status reports and support ad hoc projects.
• Collect observations and develop improvement recommendations.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, or banking; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of data independently under tight deadlines.
• Relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in financial services.

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office and remaining days remotely or in the office.
