Inside Sales Representative

About the Job

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangement. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for prospects and customers—using clear communication, active listening, and a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and assess fit.
• Present products/services in a clear and compelling way, focusing on value and customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to move deals through the pipeline (quotes, demos, and closures).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and support customer requirements.
• Achieve individual and team targets by converting qualified leads and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve sales processes and messaging.

• Proven ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward next steps.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment and managing daily sales activities effectively.
