We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will leverage your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers and nurture existing client relationships to identify and close sales opportunities
• Demonstrate B2B Sales, Sales Skills, and Sales and Business Development expertise to effectively communicate the value of our products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share customer insights, and implement strategies to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Retention
• Participate in Sales Management activities, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
• Continuously develop your Sales and Negotiation skills to negotiate favorable terms and close deals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in a similar inside sales or B2B sales role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in using sales automation tools and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
