Integration Engineer

Overview

Provide consultative business and system integration services, helping clients implement effective solutions by translating customer needs into business and technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Engage closely with clients to advise on business and system integration challenges.
• Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
• Drive discussions on transformation initiatives, customer experience journeys, and functional or application designs.
• Ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements and align with business objectives and client expectations.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Integration Developer skills.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience with designing and implementing system interfaces and APIs.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration within ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
