Overview

Serve as an OpenText Archiving and Document Management SME, designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise content management, document management, and archiving solutions. The role focuses on OpenText products and integrations with SAP.

What you'll do

• Design OpenText archiving and document management solutions.
• Configure and integrate OpenText products with enterprise systems.
• Develop document management and archiving policies.
• Prepare solution architecture and configuration documents.
• Create migration plans for legacy content.
• Produce compliance and audit reports.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and support documentation.

What you'll need

• Expertise in OpenText Content Suite and Extended ECM.
• Experience with OpenText Archive Center and related modules.
• Experience integrating OpenText with SAP.
• Knowledge of document lifecycle management and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, information governance, and records management.
• Understanding of structured and unstructured content archiving strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
