Integration Engineer

Overview

Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions, translating customer needs into business and technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of integration processes and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align integration strategies with overall business goals.
• Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs, ensuring technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
• Must have proficiency in PTC Windchill.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong knowledge of system integration principles and methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing business and technology solutions that meet client requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and change management processes.
