Integration Engineer

Overview

Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions, translating customer needs into business and technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Engage with clients to understand and translate their needs into business and technology solutions.
• Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs.
• Ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet business objectives.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and functional design principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address complex integration challenges.
