Integration Engineer

Overview

Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions, translating customer needs into business and technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve integration challenges.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support on integration processes.
• Drive discussions on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs, ensuring technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience in mapping business processes and identifying integration points across systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges arising during integration and deployment.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
