Overview
The Associate Architect Braze will design, implement, configure and manage Braze solutions across the full lifecycle, while consulting with clients and supporting solution architecture, delivery and pre-sales activities.
What you'll do
- Design and manage complete Braze implementations and configurations, from implementing the SDK and leveraging APIs through creating app groups, segments, campaigns, canvases, content cards and Currents across the full lifecycle.
- Work with clients during the discovery phase to develop use cases and implementation requirements.
- Document technical requirements for solution design and implementation.
- Serve as a technical liaison and consultant for clients' web and app developers and engineers.
- Develop necessary code within the platform.
- Architect and implement tags, SDKs, API connections and other connectors to enable data ingestion and campaign activation across clients' digital channels.
- Conduct training, deliver presentations and lead meetings with clients and partners.
- Assist with the pre-sales process.
- Meet with potential clients, understand their requirements and translate them into a proposal or Statement of Work.
- Use Liquid to set dynamic attributes and events.
- Manage project life cycles of digital solutions, including scoping, milestone planning, KPI and delivery.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Braze.
- At least 4 years of experience in implementation.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with Braze.
- Be certified in Braze.
- Previous experience working with clients to understand their data, segmentation and customer experience in marketing automation projects.
- Deep knowledge of Internet technologies and system integration, including web programming, API integrations, ETL configuration, cookie-based applications and mobile SDKs.
- Understanding of digital advertising and digital marketing KPIs and metrics.
- Experience engaging, collaborating, advocating and negotiating solution architecture and design with platform architects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort speaking in public and interacting with C-level executives, marketers, web developers, engineers, analysts and ad agencies.
- Ability to work across multiple projects.
- Fluent in English, with written and verbal fluency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of other marketing automation products such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Broader web and database development experience.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms or customer data platforms from other vendors.
- Ability to work with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of MarTech industry challenges such as 3P cookie and privacy laws.
