Gen AI-Full Stack Engineer-Manager

Overview

Lead full-stack and GenAI engineering for scalable, secure applications while managing engineering teams, client accounts, and project delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead frontend architecture and govern component libraries, design systems, and UI frameworks.
• Define AI experience standards for conversational UX, explainability, transparency, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Architect secure backend systems, APIs, and SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
• Align technical delivery with product roadmaps and contribute to cloud deployment, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Lead and develop engineering teams through collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Govern accessibility and responsive design standards across frontend development.

What you'll need

• 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Expertise with React, Angular, TypeScript, component libraries, responsive design, and frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience with REST/JSON APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, and streaming UIs.
• Experience with CI/CD standards and AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments.

Nice to have

• Relevant AI or solution architecture certifications.
