Lead Systems Engineer

Overview

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges.

What you'll do

• Define system architecture and requirements.
• Decompose system requirements and allocate targets.
• Perform system modeling and analysis.
• Drive root cause analysis and risk management.
• Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years systems engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements and system integration.
• Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO).
• Model-based systems engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins.

• Location: Bengaluru, India, at the Danaher India Development Center.
• This is an on-site role.
