Interior Designer

Overview

Interior Designer for the Mumbai studio, delivering commercial workplace solutions from concept through project completion.

What you'll do

• Create comprehensive interior design packages, including materials, finishes, and joinery documentation.
• Manage budgeting inputs and BOQs, supporting profitability targets and fee/proposal management.
• Support senior leaders with project briefs and conduct design reviews at key milestones.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to meet financial outcomes and drive studio initiatives across disciplines/regions.
• Enhance design skills and stay current with external market trends to improve studio operations.
• Develop and implement operational improvements for the design team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4+ years of professional design experience in commercial/workplace design.
• High proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong local knowledge of building codes and best method procurement; license/certification preferred.

• Hybrid/flexible working where possible, with a requirement to be in the London Studio regularly.
