Proposals Coordinator

Overview

The Proposals Coordinator supports Capture + Proposal Marketing by coordinating and contributing to proposal development and production, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.

What you'll do

• Support the regional proposal team by managing proposal activities.
• Organize, produce, and assemble proposal submissions including RFI/RFQ/RFP/SOQ materials, marketing collateral, and vendor registrations.
• Create and draft proposal templates and proposals for review by the regional operations team while following brand guidelines.
• Maintain a repository of regional proposal materials and collaborate to obtain imagery for submissions.
• Update client and project information in the marketing project and personnel database.
• Assist with other marketing and business development areas as assigned.

What you'll need

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in a similar industry, preferably engineering, architecture, construction, or B2B professional services.
• Prior experience coordinating and developing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals, deadlines, teaming arrangements, and client-specific templates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign, including branded templates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and proofreading skills.
