Intern - FDV/PCV, NAND Product Engineering

Overview

Intern in FDV/PCV (NAND Product Engineering) supporting end-to-end NAND validation and characterization activities.

What you'll do

• Support validation projects from start to finish, including overall coverage planning during post-silicon.
• Plan test development and implement testing before silicon availability.
• Execute validation flow with accountability for validation analysis and issue closure with the relevant teams.
• Design test algorithms and develop test programs to validate and characterize NAND features, commands, timings, and currents.
• Characterize, debug, and validate NAND against data sheet specifications and in customer designs/systems.
• Analyze large NAND data sets to prove design margin and functionality and support bring-up, reticle experiments, and firmware changes.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, characterization techniques, and equipment.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to be self-driven.
• Software development proficiency (e.g., C-based programming) and scripting (e.g., Perl, Python).
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Keen interest in design validation.
