About the role

Votiko Solutions is looking for a dedicated International Call Center Executive to join our growing BPO team in Surat. You'll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with international clients, deliver exceptional customer support, and drive lead generation opportunities in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

What you'll do

• Handle international inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide customer support and resolve client inquiries in real-time
• Generate qualified leads and support sales objectives through effective communication
• Maintain detailed call logs and client interaction records
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team KPIs while building strong client relationships

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling or BPO operations
• Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional tone
• Confident, customer-focused personality with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Availability for night-shift work (mandatory requirement)

Nice to have

• Experience in lead generation or sales support
• Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software
• Multilingual capabilities
