Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international call center operations
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
• Laptop and reliable internet access
